Q : Are these helix earrings comfortable to sleep in?

Yes, because they are flat back they are probably one of the most comfortable earrings to sleep in.

Q : I would like to purchase a 20 gauge push pin post for my nose but I don't see where I can select the gauge.
A :

There is no 20 gauge for any push-in or internally threaded type jewelry for 14K gold.  20 Gauge gold is too thin and too soft to make a hole into 20 gauge wire. 

Q : I need 16 gauge for my labret lip piercing. Which 1 would this be?
