The current delivery time for the standard shipping within the US is 3 to 9 business days from the ship date. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 10 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Australia Post advises that it has declared a situation of force majeure for all inbound and outbound letters, parcels and express mail service items until further notice. Precautionary measures imposed by the government to curb spread of COVID-19 are affecting daily operations and services offered by airlines and other transportation providers. This is having a direct impact on service quality for both international inbound and outbound mail. Customers from Australia should expect long delivery delays.
There are service disruptions around the world as local shipping carriers decide to suspend in-country deliveries.
All international packages are shipped by USPS. USPS will hold any shipments en route and deliver them once when the postal and the customs clearance system in the buyer’s country resumes operations.
The current estimated delivery time for international may take up to 75 days from the ship date. You may also contact your postal service in your country for your local delivery updates.
Your package is fully insured and we'll refund a full amount if you do not receive a package within 75 days from the ship date. Please contact us if you do not receive a package by then.

Processing Time (1-2 business days)
We process and ship orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays) of purchase unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay for any reason (such as an out of stock item), you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Processing time for 14K gold and diamond orders may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Made-To-Order (3-5 business days)
Some of our fine jewelry items are made-to-order, which means the item is manufactured in-house once an order is placed. Each item's manufacture time (normally 3-5 business days) is listed on the item detail page, and the item will be shipped as soon as it's available.
Standard (3-7 business days) Expedited (2-4 business days)
In addition to processing time, please allow 3 to 7 business days(Standard) and 2 to 3 business days(Expedited) for shipping delivery. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected sooner than the estimated delivery time (normally 2 to 3 days).
We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks and the tracking information is very limited due to manning and mission essential requirements within the Military Postal Agency.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
Our company policy is that we can only ship to addresses that are registered with your credit card company for first-time orders.
If you want to have the order shipped to a different address than the billing address, then please place an order with PayPal which allows shipping to different shipping addresses. You can also register your alternate shipping address with your credit card company before placing an order with us.
Missing APT # or Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will reship the order when it is returned to us and there will be shipping fees to reship the order.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. The e-mail will contain a link to the order status page, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located on the order status page. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, it's likely your order hasn't shipped yet. If it's more than 3 business days from purchase time but you haven't received the shipping confirmation, contact our customer support for your order status.
* Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to display on the carrier’s site. There may be several days when it appears your package is not moving to its destination. This occurs when your package is on a long-haul truck or on a train. The tracking of your package is only updated when it reaches the next distribution center. It can take several days for a truck or train to arrive at its destination.
If the USPS tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office or USPS toll-free number. Ask them who delivered the package, and ask them details about that day's delivery.
USPS delivery trucks have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
If the package does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Unfortunately, Body Jewelry Factory cannot reimburse orders when the tracking information shows the package has been delivered to the address you've provided.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after your order was delivered. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Body Jewelry Factory and must be resolved by contacting your local post office or USPS directly in the contact provided below. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments.
