Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. We encourage you to order online for the most accurate and fastest possible service.

SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Sold Individually
All items are sold individually unless otherwise noted. Please select a quantity of 2 for a pair.

Check Your Size
The majority of our ordering and exchanges are due to the wrong size being ordered. We urge you to take the time to measure your current jewelry that fits you properly to determine the correct size you need before placing an order. During the checkout process, please verify your order carefully to ensure you have not made any error in your order. Please see our SIZE GUIDE and PRINTABLE ACTUAL SIZE GUIDE.

Some of our fine jewelry items are made-to-order, which means the item is manufactured in-house once an order is placed. Each item's manufacture time (normally 3-5 business days) is listed on the item detail page, and the item will be shipped as soon as it's available.

Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified with tracking information when your order ships out. Sometimes order confirmation emails are caught in spam or junk folders, so be sure to check your spam folder first and make sure to mark it as "Not Spam" if you find order confirmation. If it isn't there, please contact us and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Cancel or Change to Order
An order cannot be cancelled once it's been processed. We can only revise an order if it has not been shipped yet. However, you may reject or refuse the package upon delivery and we'll issue a refund when it's returned to us less our actual shipping cost. If you qualified for free shipping and handling, please note that our actual shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Any expedited shipping fees are not refundable.

Please note, the credit card or PayPal transaction fee of 3% by the processor may not be refunded per PayPal or merchant processor's policy.
