Shipping and Handling
We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $25. Otherwise, our shipping and handling fee is $4.99 for all US orders and $7.99 for all International orders. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays). Delivery time will vary depending on your location. If there is a delay for any reason (such as an out of stock item), you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery within US and 7 to 14 business days for International delivery.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is ever a problem with your order, we'll do our best to remedy the situation. Due to the nature of the items we sell (personal items), we cannot accept returns on body jewelry due to health reasons. If you received a defective item that we failed to detect, we will provide you with an exchange for the same item.
RMA Request:If you have any problems with your order please contact our customer support within 7 business days of delivery. If you wish to make a return you must obtain a return authorization number and return the merchandise within 7 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel any order before it has shipped out from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order. However, you can still cancel the order by refusing the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the package, you will receive the credit for the full amount less the shipping charge.
